This leads to us not drinking enough or replacing water with aerated drinks loaded with white sugar and artificial color. To help you avoid the bad stuff, here are some water recipes that will make you want to drink more of it!
Simple Lemon
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 liter water
- 1 to 2 lemon slices (optional)
