Superfood Green Popsicles

Being a raw vegan has great perks. One of them is that even desserts are healthy! As parents or workaholics or fitness freaks, we all have one thing in common. We want to feed ourselves and our family healthy foods. The superfood popsicle is one of my favorite recipes. It satisfies your sweet tooth, it’s healthy, and you’re eating ice cream that isn’t creating a cavity or other health issues.
Health Benefits
Coconut milk contains healthy fat and medium-chain fatty acids which don't get consumed by our body in the same way as high saturated fats. It’s also rich in anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, and it nourishes your joints and muscles inside out.
Spirulina
Spirulina contains a high amount of protein and antioxidants. A small amount of Spirulina can fight free radicals, reduce muscle soreness, improve bone density, and help detoxify
Moringa Powder
Moringa is rich in flavonoids and phytonutrients that fight free radicals, increase DNA oxidization and protect the body from infections and tumors. Being rich in Vitamin A, C, and K, this is a perfect ingredient to consume on a daily basis.

Coconut Nectar
Raw coconut nectar naturally has a low GI and is packed with essential vitamins and minerals. It’s also high in prebiotic fiber that aids digestion and reduces bloating and gas.
