Growing up, mint chocolate chip ice cream was my jam! Well, all ice cream, in general, was my jam, but when I was feeling particularly fun, I’d always go for scoops of mint chocolate chip. Maybe this period was foreshadowing my later-in-life love for green smoothies because my mentality with mint chocolate chip ice cream was “the greener the better.” (Which in hindsight I know meant “the more food coloring, the better.” Oops.)
Luckily, I’m now able and happy to eat mint chocolate chip banana ice cream completely food-coloring free AND completely dairy, refined sugar, and processed crap free!
