Mango Watermelon Ice Cream Bars

Mango Watermelon Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients:

Prep Time: 25min

  • 2 scoops Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • 2 tablespoons organic superberry powder
  • 1 and 1/4 cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup organic plain coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1 and 1/3 cup frozen organic mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen organic seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic ground vanilla bean
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeeze organic lemon juice
  • Pinch sea salt

Directions:

Combine 1 scoop of Warrior Blend with mango and half the measured ingredients of almond milk, coconut Greek yogurt, vanilla bean, lemon juice, and sea salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside in a separate bowl.

Combine 1 scoop of Warrior Blend with watermelon and the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Next, alternate pouring the mango and watermelon mixtures into the bar molds for a layered effect before storing them in the freezer overnight.

Take out and enjoy.
